I'm sure you've also experienced when a customer inquired about something, you wrote it down, and then forgot about it or possibly it slipped your mind because you don't handle incoming goods yourself. Our latest development solves this issue, as you can create a task for Customer Inquiry. Then, if inventory is received or an order is placed, the system will bring up these relevant inquiries, so they definitely won't be forgotten!
Customer Inquiry Package- New task type when adding a new task to the CRM: Customer inquired about something
- If added, a 'Customer Inquired' button is visible at the top of the main page, showing how many such inquiries have been saved.
- Clicking the button reveals a popup window listing all such tasks, highlighting those for which the current user is responsible (these are shown in italics).
- Tasks can be marked as complete and deleted as well.
- Search is also possible among tasks using the search field in the popup window.
- During receipt entry, the system intelligently indicates which customer was waiting for the specific product, and notifies the creator that the product has arrived.
The system background can also be customized in v2026.58.0.
We are continuing with the design refresh, starting today the system background is also customizable!

Our latest update focuses on making invoice creation smarter and simpler. With the new live preview feature on the side, you can see exactly what the final result will look like while editing.

Starting today, you can review previous transfer packages that were sent to the bank. Our new interface for this is now available under the Finance / Bank menu.

For corporate groups, managing bank account transactions is now improved, and we have fixed an error in the transfer list in today's update.
Bank Account Transactions
- All bank account transactions of a company can be viewed at once. In this case, the system will display the company's bank account name and number in the second column. To do this, select the 'View All' option under the company name in the bank account number dropdown menu.
- On the bank homepage, next to the company name (in the case of company groups), there is also a 'View' button that can be used to initiate the simultaneous viewing of all bank accounts.
Transfer List
- Corrected an issue where the transfer list interface could display items that had already been paid (e.g., through automatic bank synchronization) in error.
Enhanced invoicing v2026.56.9
Our latest update includes an enhanced invoicing feature that makes it simpler and quicker to record billing items in the system!
Billing- Additional items can be added from inventory on the billing interface.
- To do this, enter the search term into the article number or name field, which will prompt the system to display the list of corresponding products.
- If you enter a name into the field, the system will search among the previously invoiced item names for up to 1 year.
- In the search list, you can navigate up and down using the keyboard, and pressing ENTER will add the item; thus, billing can be done extra quickly from the keyboard after a little practice.
- When you add an item, by clicking or pressing ENTER, not only the description but also the price is added.

Starting from today, the first version of our system documentation and the AI agent built on top of it are available. The AI agent will be able to perform certain operations in the future!

- Initially, the documentation of the main system elements, common elements, and financial section is available, but the documentation is continuously expanded
- Table of contents is also available for the documentation - you can click on the table of contents
- The AI agent is only available in the Pro and Max packages
- At the top right, to the left of the logged-in user's name, the icon is available which brings up the chat window
- The AI assists in the use of Fryda but in certain cases (e.g., if looking for something in the system) it also directs to the specific page

In the case of a customer portal, there is a possibility to add a footer page, which is a special type of page where you can add content to the footer of your website that can also be applied to your pages.

According to our 2026 goals, we have once again improved the usability of a frequently used function. Filling out the attendance sheet has been significantly sped up in our system, now putting us well above the industry standard in terms of usability for HR functions.
Attendance Sheet - Bulk Attendance Sheet Entry
- It is now possible to fill out attendance sheets in bulk
- To fill out in bulk, simply press the Bulk Attendance Sheet button. This will bring up an input field section where you can enter the start and end time, description, and location if applicable. Then simply click on the respective colleague's date field and add the attendance information.
